There is some humor in this game that pokes fun at the inability to read that has a marginalizing impact for folks with learning disabilities. As a parent of an avid 8-year-old gamer who has struggled for years to develop literacy skills and who has made progress through his desire to read the text in games, I find the humor discouraging and lacking respect for my son's experience and hard work to overcome challenges to literacy. Gamers with literacy challenges belong too. I think we can do better and can craft humor that leaves no one wondering if they're worth it. Thank you for your time and attention.
i dont think everyone in the world is a kid (with a red baseball cap, bug eyes, no mouth, no nose, and no anus.) and if you think the description litteraly meant it best experienced *blind* then all i can reply with is a facepalm.
I meant one of the mocking scenes that occurs in the bathroom if you enter the correct password without having first received it by defeating the clock. The humor there mocks Mellow not being able to read. I doubt this is an example of premeditated intentional harm; the point is that unintentional harm also hurts and has an impact. Once aware of it, there's an opportunity to do something different.
There's nothing there that mocks Mellow's inability to read. The bathroom creature is punishing the player for having looked up the password on their device and talking about how it defeats the purpose of the game to look up the answers to puzzles. Also, the scene in question doesn't have anything to do with reading, seeing as Wall bank gives you the password verbally. So I really don't understand why you're upset.
if you do this in endacopia you go to a secret place you choose to talk and click on the lamps in this order middle right left or right left if you do this the game will throw you to a secret place (the secret place of the game is really scary and if you look in your inventory you will see a candle use it and wander)
this demo is AMAZING!! love it so much! the boss fight was cool as hell, and the little details like the 3d effect when you collect an item were so nice! i hope this becomes a full game soon!
I LOVE this game, you did an excellent job. Animation is delightful. I was genuinely frightened by the big bad. I feel protective of the kid and I am emotionally invested in their well-being. A++
(By the way, I did not find that out by myself, I just saw a video on YouTube ((Your game)) about somebody finding room 19. And that's how I decided to find out THE DEEP MYSTERIES OF ENDACOPIA!! oOoOoOooOOoOo!) I was watching the video, did what the guy from youtube did and I got this error message with some binary code inside. (Look at the picture). And my curious mind decided to decode it and I got the sentence: " 'h lord' we love how you suffer". Okay, bye.
Can't play this game, every time will blink back after the first sentence, and pop-up error. I reinstalled the W10 system, redrove the graphics card, and still couldn't open the game.

The art style reflective of Roly Polys Nanakarobi Yaoki meets the surrealism of Yume Nikki and the comedy of Undertale/Deltarune. What a charmer this game is, I really super hope it can come to completion and fruition one day.
This was a pretty fun game. I can't wait to see what the full game will be like. I also would appreciate it if anyone could help me figure out how i can kick the ball.

"you werent supposed to know that" was not because he cant read, but because you are not supposed to know at that point of the game
